This Scheduling application ("the App") is operated by Limitless Studio Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal data in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have.
1. Data we collect
- Account details — your name, username, email, phone number, and password (stored only as an irreversible hash).
- Profile content — profile photo, social-media handles, and any photos/videos you upload.
- Scheduling data — your bookings, assignments, session trades, and leave requests.
- Attendance & location — check-in/out times and, at the moment you check in, your device's GPS coordinates (used solely to confirm you are at the studio).
- Technical data — your IP address and basic activity logs, kept for security (e.g. preventing brute-force login attempts).
2. Why we use it (lawful basis)
- To operate the scheduling service and your account (performance of our agreement with you).
- To send you session reminders and notifications (your consent and/or our legitimate interest in coordinating work).
- To verify attendance at the studio via geolocation at check-in (legitimate interest; collected only when you actively check in).
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest / legal obligation).
3. Who can see your data
Administrators and Key Account coordinators can see operational details (your bookings, attendance, contact details) to run the schedule. Your public profile, if you enable it, shows only your name, photo and the photos/videos you choose to publish — never your email, phone or internal notes. We do not sell your data.
4. Sharing with third parties
We use a small number of processors to deliver the service: an email provider (for reminders/resets), an optional messaging provider (LINE, if you link it), and our hosting provider. They process data only on our instructions.
5. Retention
We keep your personal data while your account is active. When you request deletion, your personal data is erased or anonymised; non-personal scheduling records may be retained in anonymised form for operational and legal record-keeping. Security logs (e.g. login attempts) are kept only briefly.
6. Your rights under the PDPA
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to data portability. You can update most details yourself in your Profile, and you can erase your account from Profile → Delete my account. To exercise any other right, contact us below.
