Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Limitless Studio scheduling application ("the App"), operated by Limitless Studio Co., Ltd.. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password confidential. Accounts are for the individual or organisation they are issued to and must not be shared.

2. Acceptable use

Use the App only for coordinating Limitless Studio sessions. Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data, disrupt the service, upload unlawful or infringing media, or misuse the booking, trade, or check-in features.

3. Bookings, assignments & trades

Bookings and session trades take effect only once approved by an administrator or Key Account coordinator. We may reassign, decline, or cancel a session for operational reasons. Cancellations follow Limitless Studio's internal policy.

4. Content you upload

You keep ownership of photos and videos you upload, and confirm you have the right to share them. You grant us permission to display that content within the App and on your public profile, if you enable it.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the App available but provide it "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted service. We may update or suspend features for maintenance or security.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
